Let me introduce myself, my name is Andrea Piccirillo and I am a big music fan. I graduated from DAMS of Turin , specializing in Music Therapy and professional animator for the RAI of Turin, for the programs of RAI YOYO And RAI GULP .

I have always been involved in music, entertainment and training.

I have been writing songs for several years, for myself and for others. A few years ago my passion became a profession. With great enthusiasm I created the Music Laboratory 1SFY , or “one song for you” ; an engaging and educational musical experience, suitable for all ages, which gives all participants the opportunity to try their hand at writing an original song.

Since then I have been touring oratories all over Italy, putting myself at service and trying to use music as a tool for meeting.

Writing a song is quite a challenge! Every time I get to the end of a new song I get emotional.

Everything apparently comes about by chance: in your head there is a simple idea, in your hands a guitar or a piano, a few sentences jotted down on a sheet of paper, a still provisional chord progression, and the journey begins towards an unknown destination , which cannot yet be seen but which will probably soon become clear.

Thanks to the Music Lab 1SFY all this happens in the company of other people, or rather together with groups of children and young people from the oratories.

Thanks to a shared and personalized path, participants feel protagonists of the creative process. With this premise, guided by the undersigned, they begin their journey towards the creation of their unreleased song, in a maximum time of two hours.
